These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sushmitazafar.com (the “Site”) and the Sushmita Zafar Android application (the “App”). By using the Site or App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, book covers, photographs, excerpts, illustrations, audio, the Sushmita Zafar name, and the Site’s design — is the property of Sushmita Zafar or her licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may share short excerpts and links to pages of the Site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Republishing entire works, chapters, or substantial portions without written permission is prohibited.

3. Books and orders

Book listings on the Site are for informational purposes. Purchases are fulfilled by third-party retailers (e.g., Rokomari, Boitoi) or directly via WhatsApp ordering. Pricing, availability, shipping, and returns are governed by the policies of the fulfilling party.

4. User-submitted content

If you submit content to us (e.g., via the contact form, email, or social media tags), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our promotional activities, with attribution where appropriate.

5. External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (publishers, retailers, social platforms). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer
